Notice of Financial Assistance Program in accordance with AB1020 legislation


You may be eligible for Medi-Cal, Healthy families, Victims of Crime, California Children's Services Program, MSN Orange County Indigent Program, or the 1011 Program.

Also, you may qualify for a discount from our regular charges or charity care if you do not have insurance, or lack adequate insurance, do not qualify for government assistance programs, meet certain financial requirements and supply required financial documentation.

If you would like an application for any of these programs, the hospital can provide you with an application, and will assist you at no cost in completing the application. Please contact our Patient Financial Advocates at: 714-999-5757
