General Visitation Guidelines

Effective 03/18/2025

Visitation Hours: 8:00am-2:00pm, 4:00pm-8:00pm (8am-6pm for ICU)

∙ All visitors must Enter and Exit through front lobby ONLY
∙ Visitors must be 16 years of age or older
∙ We strongly recommend that all visitors are vaccinated according to the health organization’s recommendation
∙ Please consider postponing your visit if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (e.g. fever,
cough, shortness of breath, etc).
∙ All visitors must check in and out when they are leaving
∙ Visitors are highly encouraged to wear a mask at all times while in the facility, and comply with PPE while in patient’s room.
∙ Visitors may only be in the patient’s room during the entire visitation. Visitors should not walk around the hallways, or the facility.
