Welcome to Whittier Hospital Medical Center!

It is my pleasure to welcome you on behalf of our 400 dedicated physicians and 800 healthcare professionals who strive to provide our community with the highest quality patient care in a compassionate, family-friendly setting.

With services that range from primary and emergency care medicine to specialized care to children who are medically fragile and technologically dependent, we are committed to fulfill the healthcare needs of the communities we serve.

This year, Whittier Hospital has been recognized with a five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the highest rating approved by the federal agency and the only hospital to receive the prestigious rating in Whittier.

In addition, our outstanding Pediatric Subacute Unit, "The Children's Center" has been consistently receiving a 5-star rating for Overall Quality by CMS - Nursing Home Compare.

Although our clinical standards already rank among the best in the country, as the Chief Executive Officer, my goal is to work even harder to grow and improve our services and help every patient achieve the best possible outcome in an environment of compassion, comfort, and respect.
