Hospital Language Services

Whittier Hospital Medical Center provides special communications resources to our patients and/or family members with language or communication needs. Our hospital utilizes video remote interpretation services that allows us to meet the growing need for language services quickly and effectively. This system uses innovative technology to connect our healthcare team with interpreters in over 175 spoken and sign languages in less than 30 seconds.
