Childbirth Preparation & Education

AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center offers an educational class for soon-to-be parents to help them prepare for childbirth, breastfeeding and motherhood/parenthood. Birth & Beyond, our prenatal education class, is offered FREE of charge to parents planning on delivering at Anaheim Regional Medical Center.

Maternity Tours

Our free maternity tour is a great opportunity for expectant mothers and their birthing partner to learn about our facility, meet our staff, and take a walking tour of our beautiful labor and delivery suites.

Birth & Beyond Prenatal Educational Class

Our free Birth & Beyond educational class is designed for expectant mothers in the third trimester. Topics include; all aspects of childbirth, stages of labor and delivery (both vaginal and cesarean), pain management, relaxation and breathing methods, postpartum care, breastfeeding, newborn care, safety, and so much more.
